1. POSTED INACCURATE AND MISLEADING MEETING AGENDAS,
CONTRIBUTING TO LACK OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
2. MISCHARACTERIZED UPDATES TO THE ZONING BYLAW AT
SPRING TOWN MEETING AS A RECODIFICATION -
I.E, A REORGANIZATION, WHEN INSTEAD IT'S A MAJOR REWRITE OF THE BYLAWS
3. IGNORED RESIDENTS' CONCERNS ABOUT REVISING THE ENTIRE
ZONING BYLAW IN ONE VOTE
4. CLAIMED INABILITY TO PROVIDE FULL DISCLOSURE OF PROPOSED
BYLAW LANGUAGE BEFORE TOWN MEETING
5. REFUSED TO PROVIDE MAILED NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
6. PRESENTED THE PROPOSED ZONING BYLAW CHANGES OUT OF CONTEXT FROM THE EXISTING ZONING BYLAW
7. CLAIMED IT WANTS PUBLIC INPUT BUT ITS ACTIONS SAY OTHERWISE
